Return Policy
All Products that in original condition can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from invoice date, except Knives. Once a return has been authorized, we must receive the product within ten days. Knives that have been sharpened can not be returned or exchanged. Any defective products can be returned at any time.
Shipping
MusEcho offers Free Shipping on orders over $80 to all U.S.retail costumers. Any purchase under $80 will apply $8 flat rate. Typically, all shipment are via USPS priority mail (3-5 business days).
